This is a vintage doll from the early 1900s that comes through a crone witch's working magickal collection. This doll is a precious jointed doll and has leather, bisque, and material within it's construction. The doll wears a simple dress, yellowed with age, and a “wig” that her lineage states was rumored to be crafted of her hair.

Lady Eloise was born in 1825 to an aristocratic family in Victorian England. Known for her quick wit, grace, and a little spark of rebellion, Eloise was not content to be bound by the societal norms of the times. An avid student of the magickal arts, she pursued a secret study of esoteric knowledge inherited from her eccentric grandmother.

Tragedy struck when Eloise fell deeply in love with a man below her station. Forbidden to be together, she cast a love spell to bind their destinies. That spell however created a karmic ripple that led to her untimely death on the eve of her wedding. Her spirit, bound by the energy of the spell and desire to continue on earth, found refuge in a favorite doll—a cherished gift from her grandmother. After years that doll became broken and in 1922 she was given a new vessel to inhabit by a family practitioner. This is the doll she continues within.

The doll passed through generations of her family, carrying the whispers of Eloise’s presence, and eventually ending up in the United States. Over time, the doll aged and was discarded into an attic because that owner found her unsightly and old. After that owner's demise she has found her way out of the attic and into the hands of her current potential owner—you.
