Whatever you decide to put in the box can do one of these things:

1. Any item or person's negativity is reflected back on it or them.

2. Any ill will sent by a person is contained (unable to reach you)

3. Any negative behaviors or habits are revealed, recognized, and supported to abolish

4. Putting your own intrusive thoughts inside will stop the overthinking and "doubt talk"

5. Place your own picture inside to recognize issues that are rooted within you

6. Use it to store spelled or spirited items that you feel the need to contain for a period of time.

My ink / paint is created from a lineage traditional recipe (the same as used for my black mirrors). The ink is steeped with a special blend of herbs for the boxes and is mixed with moon water to give my boxes an extra dose of energetic connection and power.
